At Message Gift, every order is prepared with care so your keepsake arrives ready to make someone feel loved. Below you’ll find important information about processing, shipping, and delivery.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Because many of our gifts are personalized or made to order, processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.
Shipping Times
After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
- Canada: 5–10 business days after shipment
- International orders: 7–20 business days after shipment
Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of our control may affect delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to follow your package through the carrier’s website. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your order has shipped.
Personalized and Made-to-Order Items
Many Message Gift items are made especially for each customer. Personalized or made-to-order products may require extra time before shipping, especially during high-volume periods.
We appreciate your patience while your gift is carefully prepared.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Message Gift is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at support@messagegift.com.
We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but changes are not guaranteed once processing has started.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.
If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@messagegift.com and we will help look into the issue.
In some cases, we may ask you to contact the shipping carrier directly or check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless stated otherwise at checkout.
