We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 60 days of delivery so our team can review the issue and help make it right.

Personalized and Made-to-Order Gifts

Many of our gifts are personalized or made especially for each customer. Because of this, returns can be more limited than with standard, non-custom products.

We may not be able to accept returns or cancellations for reasons such as entering the wrong personalization details, choosing the wrong item, ordering by mistake, or changing your mind after production has started.

That said, we always want you to feel taken care of. If we made an error, your item arrives damaged, or something is not right with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it fairly.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please email us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging if applicable.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us right away. We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has entered production or shipped.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part, a damaged item, a defective product, or an incorrect item received.

If a return is approved, our support team will let you know whether a return shipment is required and provide the next steps.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

If your tracking shows a delay or your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will help look into it.
