Ordering & Personalization
Can I personalize my gift?
Select Message Gift products include personalization options, such as names, custom message details, or other special touches. If personalization is available, you will see the option on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
Where do I enter my personalization?
If a product can be personalized, you can enter your custom details directly on the product page. Please double-check spelling, names, dates, and any custom text before placing your order.
Can I change my personalization after ordering?
Please email us as soon as possible at support@messagegift.com. We begin processing orders quickly, so changes are not guaranteed once your order has entered production.
Products & Gift Packaging
What comes with my order?
Each product page will show what is included with that specific item. Many Message Gift keepsakes include jewelry, a heartfelt message card, and a gift box or optional upgraded box.
Do you offer gift-ready packaging?
Yes. Our gifts are designed to feel thoughtful and ready to give. Select products may also offer upgraded presentation boxes, including luxury-style gift boxes.
Will prices or receipts be included in the package?
We do not intend for gift recipients to see pricing inside the package. Order confirmations and receipts are typically sent by email to the purchaser.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Personalized or made-to-order items may take slightly longer, especially during holidays or busy promotional periods.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier. After your order ships, estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days within the United States. Delivery times may vary during holidays, weather delays, or carrier disruptions.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
Yes. You can enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout. Please double-check the address carefully before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your order is delivered. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us so we can help make it right.
Can personalized items be returned?
Because many of our gifts are personalized or made especially for each customer, returns can be more limited than with standard non-custom products. We may not be able to accept returns due to incorrect personalization entered at checkout, ordering by mistake, or changing your mind after production has started.
If we made an error, your item arrives damaged, or something is not right with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it fairly.
How do I request help with a return or refund?
Please email support@messagegift.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
